Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide guidance to the team in analyzing customer requests and determining solutions to solve business needs, lead the creation and implementation of applications and BI tools to explore and understand data, and collaborate with the team to produce insights and solutions.

The Accounting Systems – Business Intelligence – Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in the identification and analysis of customer needs, and strive to do what’s right for our customers.
  • Lead team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of business intelligence (BI) applications and tools.
  • Guide team in the creation and implementation of automated business processes and mechanisms to generate meaningful reports to help us deliver on Fannie Mae’s vision and purpose.
  • Analyze data to drive business decision-making capabilities.
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems, including developing requirements for new features and enhancements.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences 

  • 4 years experience in Workday Reports, Workday PRISM and Tableau and/or BOXi is required

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Strong experience in building and implementing Financials Reporting solutions using Workday and Tableau to support accounting teams
  • Knowledge of basic accounting is preferred
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud database products is preferred
