One of main responsibilities of HR Administrator (Payroll data management) will be to ensure that operational processes and procedures associated with local SSC HR, payroll and time and attendance activities are carried out in a timely and accurate manner taking into consideration both our internal and external customers.

The person will be also ensuring that the local HR Department is compliant with these internal processes and procedures, particularly in relation to receipt of all the required documentation.

In addition HR Administrator will handle internal and external audits of payroll and associated processes.

 

Your Impact

  • Collect, check, structure and send payroll-related documentation to partner and be the 1st point of contact for payroll clerk
  • Employment related data management in SuccessFactors
  • Handle contractual matters
  • Manage the offboarding process and employee requests
  • Participate in internal reporting (ad hoc & regular)

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR
  • Familiarity with the Hungarian Labor Law
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools especially in Excel
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
