The programme connects women at any stage of their career with an external mentor in the UK who can offer them tailored guidance and support, in order to help more Black women realise their potential and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Mentoring in Numbers

This programme is open to all looking to develop careers in a wide range of tech-aligned roles. We welcome those already within the tech space and do not discriminate between apprentices or C-suite individuals.

Mentees and Mentors are matched based on a number of factors including, location, background, key strengths, skills sought, challenges that are looking to be overcome and desired outcomes, which are identified during the enrolment process.
