Advanced English and French proficiency:
This requirement is necessary because in this role, you will need to interact with clients, partners, and/or our international subsidiaries on a recurring basis, both orally and in writing. 

What that means day-to-day:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of large datasets to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights using statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and integrate relevant data sources for analysis.
  • Work alongside account management team to understand client data needs and deliver suitable solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end data analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients, maintaining data accuracy and reliability, and building strong client relationships to identify upselling opportunities.

What you’ll need to be successful:

Essential:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Microsoft Excel) is essential. 
  • Proven experience in data analysis, with a focus on client-facing roles. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences. 
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. 
  • Problem-solving orientation with attention to detail. 

Desirable:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL). 
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments. 
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
