NIKI is looking for graduates of Technical University Departments/Schools of Sciences/Engineers, or similar disciplines to develop and implement innovative AI-driven solutions for Connected and Autonomous Driving, Automotive.OS, and IT systems for software-defined vehicles.

- Coordinate our interdisciplinary projects in close cooperation with our customers.
Task Description
- Develop innovative approaches and tools to secure networked systems and ADAS/AD functions.
- Develop and implement IT solutions for software-defined vehicles.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge in developing AI-driven solutions within software engineering, with a strong interest in autonomous driving and software-defined vehicles.
- Good knowledge of at least one of the languages: Python, C++, or Java.
- Familiarization with Large Language Models, also in connection to RAGs and similar methods of connecting LLMs to explicit knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of neural networks: feed-forward neural network, convolutional neural network, classification tasks with neural network.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Spirit of innovation, initiative, and enjoyment of learning and tinkering.
- Excellent command of English and technical terminology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good knowledge of standard libraries such as numpy, pandas, keras, tensorflow, scipy, matplotlib, or scikit-learn.
- Initial experience in Predictive Maintenance, Object Tracking, or Anomaly Detection.
- Knowledge of statistics is beneficial.
- Interest in interdisciplinary collaborations.
- Good command of the German language.
