Your Contribution:

Lead the AI strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and integrate AI capabilities.

Review and validate existing business processes to identify potential AI opportunities.

Ensuring the scalability and security of AI architectures.

Supervise and mentor a small team of AI-focused developers and ensure timely delivery of action items.

Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies relevant to healthcare IT as well as Revenue Cycle Management.

Drive the integration of AI into our existing healthcare software platforms.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in AI implementations.
Your Qualification:

Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Must be able to commute to the office 3 days a week.

Proven experience in leading AI/ML projects and teams.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
