Main Purpose of Role
The key task of this to is to analyse and rapidly correct small to medium data change requests. These requests will come from our consumers and clients.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
• Fix consumer disputes
• Monitor & maintain the overall integrity of our bureau data.
• Sense check quality and accuracy of our data.
• Be able to provide small data extracts and reports to other areas of the business.

What You’ll Bring:
Key Skills Required Essential:
• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office. (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with SQL Server Management Studio environment.
• Comfortable working with large datasets.
• Ability to plan and organise workload with guidance.

It is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready; and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment. You can be based anywhere in South Africa and will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa.
A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line in order to work effectively.
