Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience of our clinics across North America, have allowed us to lead the charge against “we caught it too late again.” Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Bethesda, and Chicago, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.
The Opportunity
We are changing healthcare and bringing a slow moving goliath of an industry into the present while blazing a trail into the future of radiology and clinical operations through software, automation and AI. We are looking for an Analytics and Data Manager to join our team!
We want to empower every department and every person to achieve more using data informed decision making. You will play a key role in leveling up our data quality, storage, and accessibility – transforming our ways of operating to enable us to make better decisions and help an increasing number of people around the world.
What You’ll Do
- Vision & Execution: Proactively drive BI and Data Warehousing vision & strategy across product & business verticals
- Architecture Development: Develop Reporting & Analytics Architecture and systems across enterprise and business applications
- Data Management: Drive design, build, and launch of new data models and pipelines
- Dashboard Delivery: Manage delivery of impactful dashboards and data visualizations
- SLA Management: Define and manage SLAs for all data sets and processes in production
- Tool Development: Guide development of data tools for transformation and access
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement data validation techniques and ensure data quality
- Relationship Building: Build cross-functional relationships to understand data needs and deliver solutions
- Governance & Compliance: Identify governance needs, design data handling processes and procedures for compliance
- Advisory Role: Serve as advisor on business and information integration strategies
- Team Building: Build a high-quality BI and Data Warehousing team designed for scalability
What You’ll Bring
You’re an ambitious professional who’s built data systems from the ground up in rapidly scaling organizations. You have the commercial sense to understand what data is important and why, as well as the technical chops to wrangle things into shape to be useful for the business. You’re excited to apply these skills in a mission-driven company, and will have the following:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Data Experience: 5+ years experience in designing, developing and maintaining cloud-based data solutions
- Skills & Expertise: Communication, leadership, project management, data architecture, SQL, Python, object-oriented languages, strong competencies in data structures, distributed systems, and system design

- Compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 – $150,000 + discretionary bonus up to 10% in local currency
