Job Description
Role Description:
This role requires a professional with expertise in technical skills (Power BI & Advanced excel) to analyze and interpret complex data, perform automations as necessary, along with visualizing the final output in the form of a business report with clear, actionable insights. This role will involve working on different reports or requests from stakeholders/leads and will require business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, & Visualization:
- Leverage data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Develop interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide tailored solutions through Power BI and Alteryx.
- Apply DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M (Power Query Formula Language) for data modeling, calculations, and transforming raw data into meaningful insights within Power BI.
- Provide training and support to end users in utilizing Power BI for self-service analytics, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Collect, clean, and process data from diverse sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Summarize findings into actionable insights and effectively communicate them to relevant stakeholders through reports or presentations.
- Identify and resolve any issues or errors in the data analysis process to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Develop process flows or maps to depict the data analysis workflow and collaborate with stakeholders for effective implementation.
- Develop Alteryx skills to perform data transformation and develop automation frameworks.
- AI-Powered Optimization:
- Utilize Generative AI and Advisory GPT technologies to identify key trends and insights in data analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage GPT to develop automated solutions for reporting, streamlining, and automating the data reporting process.
- Create standardized prompts using GPT for facilitating team use in data analysis, summarization, and presentation, enhancing efficiency and consistency in data-related tasks.
- Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI and GPT technologies to continuously improve data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Identify stakeholder needs and expectations, effectively communicate with them, and ensure timely delivery of requested outcomes.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with deliverables.
- Team coordination and management:
- Encourage open communication and collaboration among team members, facilitating knowledge sharing and problem-solving.

- On-time delivery: Ensure tasks and projects are completed on time and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Eager to perform: Demonstrate a proactive and results-driven attitude in fulfilling job responsibilities.
- Good technical skills and ability to work on parallel reports: Develop reports by analyzing complex data sets, identify and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on requirements captured through discussions. Demonstrate ability to work on multiple reports in parallel.
- Excellent communication skills: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders across different time zones.
- Able to overlap with US time zone: Willingness to adjust working hours as needed to collaborate effectively with US counterparts and cross- functional teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Data & Analytics, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including active listening and effective communication.
- Strong critical thinking skills, able to adapt to ambiguous situations and continuously evolving requirements.
- Extensive understanding of data transformation, data workflow and cleaning techniques.
- Understanding of AI-driven solution implementation for resource optimization, task automation, and data analytics.
- Ability to utilize business intelligence to drive strategic direction and operational efficiency.
Technical skills:
- Required : Power BI and Advanced excel
- Good-to-have: Power Apps, , Alteryx, any project management tool, and CoPilot
