As  “Customer Relationship Management professional ” within our “ Data Management Team” , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

You will be working with a global team responsible to support our users of Salesforce based platform. With your knowledge of Data Management, Business Intelligence, analytical and technical skills, you will be able to implement Data Quality & Data Governance strategies that will improve & maintain the quality of our data & benefit the Asset Management business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing business support to the users of Asset Management Customer Relationship Management platform and undertake business process engineering initiatives – Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, proactively identify and develop new ideas / innovations that will add value to the business and team
  • Be the primary point of contact for sales users, business managers, etc. to execute user requests in line with expectations and provide clear, well-reasoned inputs and thoughtful solutions/ recommendations to stakeholders
  • Initiate forums as required and actively participate in meetings with stakeholders e.g. Client Service, Sales, Technology, etc. by providing meaningful insights, driving decisions and clear next steps
  • Oversee conceptual, logical and physical data models that conform to standards and conventions to create and enforce policies with regards to data acquisition, rationalization, maintenance and modifications for internal and external data sources
  • Establish and communicate Master Data Management best practices including people, processes, and technology. Plan, exercise oversight, and control over management and use of data and data-related sources/applications (like CRM system, Salesforce and other client data applications)
  • Engage and drive new product development or continuous product improvement. Lead engagement with global stakeholders and proactively initiate collaboration with local and global partners
  • Ability to interpret system / business requirements and prepare specification and design document and execute ongoing release management to continuously enhance the solution; act as a link between the business stakeholders and Technology / vendor during the design, build, test and implementation phases

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

  • Experience working with an industry recognized Customer Relationship Management platform- Salesforce.com
  • Relevant industry experience and knowledge of sales process, MBA (Finance)/Engineering i.
  • Strong academic background with established analytical, programming and technical skills (Certifications in Customer Relationship Management , Data Management & Business Intelligence domain )
  • Experience with databases and data analysis software – proficiency with SQL/Python/BO/Alteryx 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Understanding of Asset Management business (Investment Management, Mutual Funds, Managed Accounts, and/or Separate Accounts) preferable
  • Ability to delve into details with a view to proactively solve issues, develop new ideas and add value to existing functions
  • Strong project management/coordination skills
  • Ability to analyze large data sets, summarize findings and recommend feasible solutions and explain complex ideas and methods to business partners is essential
