Job Description

 

We are seeking a highly motivated product analyst to play an active role in defining and executing our product roadmap. The role of Product Analyst/ Feature lead is a complicated and ever evolving one that requires individuals in the role to be able to act with authority and interact with skill and confidence across the entire product, assigned Development Teams and the product stakeholders including Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Controls.  With this assignment comes the responsibility for directly and actively managing the Area Product backlogs, partnering to ensure alignment of the development teams efforts with the priorities of the product, working  to prioritize production support issues, and working within established norms in partnership with the agility leads and engineering leads.  Additionally this role works across multiple products and across lines of business and functions to execute transformational strategies aligning with innovative capabilities and data analytics to deliver the target state.

As a Product Delivery Associate in Chase Consumer & Community Bank – Machine Learning Intelligence Operations you enable the release of Knowledge Management products and features by overcoming obstacles. Primary responsibilities:

  • This position will be responsible for a product area in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence to deliver knowledge content via APIs and services suitable to channel (contact center, voice, digital, branches), personalized by persona (agent, specialist, banker, advisor, customer)
  • Execute part of the strategic knowledge management roadmap through constant story writing, build, test and deployment
  • Continuously refine requirements to deliver collective knowledge services and capabilities to scale
  • Facilitate & drive solutions across the organization; working with legal, risk, operations, design and technology teams to prioritize, deliver and align with senior management
  • Build relationships with multiple diverse stakeholders across JPMorganChase
  • Act as voice of the customer and our specialists and drive the product vision in forums where senior product owners are not present
  • Contribute in multiple ways to the strategic development, ongoing refinement & execution of the Collections roadmap
  • Participate in data collation, requirement gathering and co-ordination between multiple parties (Quad members) for roadmap / project updates
  • Collaborate / Partner with key LOB POC’s as a consultant and advisor to understand customer reporting and analysis requirements
  • Preparing reports and delivering presentations with actionable feedback, derived customer insights and ideas for improvement to various levels of management.
  • Assessing cost/benefit analysis for initiative prioritization and ROI optimization.
  • Demonstrate ability to create models to perform ‘What If’ Scenarios.
  • Facilitate and drive solutions across the organization; working with legal, risk, operations, design and technology teams to prioritize, deliver and align with senior management
  • Build relationships with multiple diverse stakeholders across JPMorgan Chase

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Minimum 4 years years product management experience, or equivalent – including defining user experience needs, writing user stories, creating product value propositions, developing features and benefits and developing roadmaps
  • Exposure to Machine Learning products across CCB
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information to inform decisions and drive work forward
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in agile/scrum teams preferred
  • Minimum BA/BS or equivalent level of education/experience required

Experienced working successfully in at-scale high-complexity environments or successful startup experience delivering innovative customer experiences to market
