As a Data Operations Transaction Specialist in the Digital Private Markets with Aumni, you will immerse yourself in our app platform and venture investment data model. This role provides an opportunity to enhance your data operations and data entry skills, and to master summarization protocols for various private equity instruments. You will also have the opportunity to improve engagement and performance through 1-on-1 sessions and to take on lateral assignments that may be assigned by superiors or the company’s management.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform an initial assessment of the fund through a preliminary check of the needed documents and by
    checking all pertinent information as indicated on the documents provided by the customer.
  • Conduct reviews, processing, and updating of assigned task/s via designated project management
    platforms.
  • Work with local and remote teams using a variety of communications tools (Slack, Zoom, GSuite).
  • Handle and organize sensitive customer data by managing virtual data rooms and cloud
    environments.
  • Stay current on all activities, summarization protocols for various private equity instruments, data operations and data entry functions.
  • Communicate or escalate any issues to the prefect/lead to resolve concerns to include missing
    documents or gray areas that may affect timely completion of the tasks.
