BI Analyst
Job Description
How you will do it:
-
Manage all existing reports & dashboards and design new ones as needed, upgrading all the reports into Power BI Dashboards, driving reporting standardization & simplification

Establish a database ensuring data accuracy and consistency from multiple IT systems such as SFDC, Workday, ERPs, as well as SIP platform
-
Engage with HR & Finance reporting focal to ensure accurate & consistent x-functional reporting
-
Perform business analytics on database and generate meaningful findings and analysis to leadership team for decision making
-
Drive usage of work-class data analytics tools and develop JCI applicable data algorithms
-
Facilitate communication and best practices sharing on reporting and analytics across APAC
-
Support the roll out of all Commercial related sales processes, systems, and tools –SIP platform, CRM Enhancement, SFDC Adaption etc.

Support VP of Enterprise Accounts on ad-hoc requests of data analysis and reporting
What we look for:
-
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or equivalent

Working experience in business/service analytics, service operations, or CRM

Strong analytical skills – able to conduct data analysis independently and summarize results to meaningful findings for stakeholder requirements

Experienced in analytical tools and producing dashboards; Skilled with database query/tools e.g. SQL, Tableau, MS Power BI, R, Python etc.

Ability to integrate and work with cross functional teams from different background, cultures and geographies

Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Fluent in English
