What You’ll Be Doing
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze complex data sets to identify business and market trends. Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
- Data Interpretation and Strategy Development: Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions and strategies.
- Collaboration with Different Departments: Work closely with various teams (IT, marketing, sales, etc.) to understand their data and reporting needs. Ensure that BI solutions align with business objectives.
- Data Quality and Management: Oversee the data collection, storage, and retrieval processes. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
- Project Management: Lead BI projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure that projects meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
- Tool and Technology Proficiency: Use BI tools (like Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and database languages (like SQL) to create and manage BI solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on new reports and dashboards. Foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve data reporting and analytics processes. Stay updated with the latest BI tools, trends, and best practices.
What We Look For In You
- Experience: At least 4 years’ experience in Data analysis/ Business Intelligence. Experience in Growth/ Affiliate domain would be an added advantage
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and draw insights.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in BI tools, databases, and data analysis techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex business problems using data.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Leadership: Experience in leading projects and teams.
- Educational Background: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, IT, statistics, etc.), though this can vary by organization.
