As a BI Developer you will be responsible for creating data visualization solutions to enhance INNIO’s business processes. To be successful in this role, you should have a broad understanding of the business technology landscape, the ability to design reports, and strong analytical skills.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and analyses using Tableau applications 
  • Perform and document data analysis, data validation and data mapping/design.  
  • Develop database queries to pull and join data from several databases  
  • Conduct unit tests to ensure the accuracy of the data being pulled, the functionality of the report’s features and performance.  
  • Create and update technical, user and training documentation of the reports  
  • Develop meaningful metrics aligned with business goals to meet agreed targets  
  • Reviewing, improving existing systems and collaborate with Data Analysts (inside the team), IT and business stakeholders to integrate new systems  

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Degree in computer science, information technology or related field, can be compensated by relevant work experience (industry experience is preferred)  
    • Foundational understanding of Tableau Desktop application and its functionalities  
    • Knowledge of SQL queries, relational databases and reporting tools  
    • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence software, preferably Tableau or Power BI
    • Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.)
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy. 
    • Experience with Scrum and agile methodologies and IT shared service teams/offerings
