Major Duties & Responsibilities

Business Analyst Role And Responsibilities
The role and responsibilities of a Business Analyst would include:
•  Evaluating business’s operations to analyse the stated domain processes; understand the specific requirements and accordingly articulate the requirements in a process form. 
•  Above should include the inputs, outputs, data transformations ( modelling), measures where applicable.
•  Helping to develop project plans and ensuring their timely completion
•  Analysing an organisation’s large data sets to provide actionable insights
•  Budgeting and conducting financial analysis
•  Lead discussions with Business Users, recommending process improvements to increase a business’s efficiency
Qualifications:
•  Education: Bachelor of Engineering, Business Administration, Cost Accountant, or similar.
•  Preferred related industry experience: Manufacturing, Consumer Products
•  Required knowledge, skills, abilities: 
1.  Domain Expertise: Supply Chain, Commercial, External Third-Party Data
2.  Technical know-how Azure Experience Must have, ETL and ELT, Python, MLOPs, SQL,  excellent in MSOffice. 
3.  Knowledge and experience of working in an agile methodology, scrum environment.
4.  Exceptional Communication and Influencing skills: Ability to share ideas in a compelling manner that gains commitment from others, and ability to respond effectively to the reactions and positions of others while convincing others to take action.
5.  Excellent Leadership and project management skills.
6.  Good knowledge of Agile principles and process.
