The Role: 

As the Business Intelligence Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing strategic business analysis and reporting services to our business partners. Your primary focus will be to collaborate closely with various business channels, gaining insights into their strategies, processes, and challenges. The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily and monthly reporting, offering actionable insights to address operational, technological, and financial risks and opportunities.
  • Provide analytical expertise to guide stakeholders in decision-making, leveraging your knowledge of Information Systems and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to review and update monthly financial forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Support the implementation of business solutions by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Providing reporting and analytical insights into all commission programmes (Salesforce, Education and Customer Marketing).
  • Working with the Commercial AD, GM and Demand Planner to review and update the monthly financial forecast highlighting risks and opportunities versus the budget.

Requirements:

  • Experience with SAP is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI or Tableau is a must.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills based on trust and empowerment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized approach to work.
  • Alignment with the principles of the Kao Way, particularly integrity and problem-solving.
  • Consistency in maintaining high standards in relationships and service delivery.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects and handling day-to-day operational requests.
