Data & Analytics is one of the central enablers identified as a priority by Danske Bank’s Executive Leadership Team with significant mandate and support. As a Business intelligence analyst, you’ll have to develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions in SQL and Tableau, – in order to meet bank’s needs by leveraging data from across the organization. We expect you to be an integral part of the team, as close collaboration with our data analysts and data engineers is a key to success. In addition, your role will include documenting of developed data and visualization solutions, that requires careful and responsible approach of its creation.

We’re the backbone for teams and organisational units across the Bank, providing crucial process performance analytics and managerial information. Our department in the Data & Analytics function works with each of the businesses to enable adoption of data and utilize analytics to enhance our products and services to our clients.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:

  • Own reporting customers’ experience – think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services
  • Communicate with stakeholders to interpret data requirements and validate fulfilment of requests for Tableau reports
  • Identify appropriate data sources, validate data and optimize data sources for the most efficient tableau report design and execution
  • Design and produce strategic reports meeting organizational needs to facilitate data-driven decisions
  • Document work via a standardized process and centralized request repository
  • Support following to report’s development maintenance tasks with a proactive risk management approach
  • Customize and upgrade existing Tableau reports to meet the requirements received from the senior management level

About you:

  • Analytical thinking with 2+ years of experience in working with complex analysis tasks applying statistical or other techniques
  • Experience in designing effective visualizations using Tableau utility
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational database modelling fundamentals, high ability to work with large sets of structured and non-structured data, ETL
  • Experience in usage of JIRA tool
  • Experience in training and providing expert consulting on Tableau techniques and best practices would be considered as a beneficial asset
  • Advanced English skills, both verbal and written
  • Higher education would be considered as a beneficial asset

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2800 EUR to 4200 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
