In this newly created role, we’re on a quest to unlock the secrets of data and tell captivating stories that drive decisions. If you’re a Power BI virtuoso with 2+ years of experience, we want you to join our data-driven tribe as an Individual Contributor.

Here’s where your data mastery shines:

  • Create compelling visuals: Design and build stunning Power BI dashboards that captivate audiences and turn complex data into clear narratives. Master charting techniques, including advanced visuals like maps and waterfall charts.

  • Model the data multiverse: Architect robust data models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability for future insights. Deepen your understanding of DAX formulas and relationships for optimal performance.

  • Unleash data storytelling magic: Collaborate with stakeholders to decipher their needs and translate them into impactful reports that guide strategic direction. Hone your communication skills to present insights persuasively.

  • Dive deep into data dimensions: Analyze, uncover hidden trends, and deliver actionable insights to empower informed decisions. Expertise in SQL queries and data-cleaning techniques is essential.

  • Bridge the tech gap: Partner with IT to bring your data blueprints to life, bridging the chasm between data and decision-makers. Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and integrations is a plus.

  • Leave a clear data trail: Document your work meticulously, paving the way for future data explorers and ensuring the longevity of knowledge. Maintain detailed data dictionaries and model documentation.

  • Thrive in a dynamic landscape: Adapt to evolving data needs and technologies with agility, enthusiastically mastering new challenges. Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and industry trends.

Essential Tools & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Power BI Desktop and Service

  • DAX and M scripting languages

  • Figma or similar tool for wireframing

  • SQL querying experience

  • Data modeling and visualization best practices

  • Experience with data cleaning and transformation tools

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently

  • Willingness to travel regionally to Conferences
