What you’ll achieve
As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be part of our global Sales and Performance Center Of Excellence, joining with your enthusiasm and skills in the development and enhancement of our group wide Operating Dashboard applications, providing insights on internal processes and trends.
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
- Design, build, and deploy BI solutions and reporting for internal teams to fulfill their business and reporting needs including critical metrics and KPIs;
- Managing and optimizing existing Power BI dashboards/reports;
- Analyze data trends, generate insight, and produce KPIs reports;
- Evaluate and continuously improve existing BI systems to provide sustainable and responsive data;
- Collaborate with various teams across the whole organization to integrate systems.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence);
- 3 years of working experience in a similar role, 7 years of working experience;
- Excellent English language skills (minimum C1);
- Experience with DAX data modelling and data shaping in Power BI including relationships and optimization;
- Proficient in writing SQL, DAX, and M (Power Query Formula Language);
- Be a highly result-oriented team player but able to work independently, able to perform in a dynamic work environment, managing multiple deliverables.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in the Healthcare IT sector;
- Good knowledge of SQL and experience of data analytics tools (ex: Knime);
- Knowledge of sales of delivery processes;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure;
- Understanding of data structures (data cube knowledge);
- Knowledge of Data Flow and Power apps is very beneficial.
