ABOUT THE ROLE:

 

The position will be a member of the Commercial Intelligence Team, reporting directly to the LATAM Commercial Intelligence Manager. This professional will be responsible for preparing reports and data analyses, from raw data modeling to building dashboards in Power BI. The dashboards should contain indicators that assist the Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing areas in decision-making, proposing recommendations, and highlighting opportunities in terms of Volume, Margin, Active Customers, and other KPIs for sales channels, regions, and categories/products.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage demands, deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholders;

  • Create and/or update dashboards to support areas such as Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Customer Experience;

  • Provide support to the national sales team (supervisors, coordinators, managers) with reports and analyses;

  • Provide support to the sales and marketing teams in Latin America with reports and analyses;

  • Compile, monitor, and cross-reference internal and external data to provide relevant information for decision-making;

  • Data modeling using DAX and M;

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and sales campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization;

  • Develop automations whenever possible to improve the efficiency of data collection and analysis processes;

  • Train and offer technical support to sales and marketing teams in the use of BI tools and data interpretation;

  • Create customized reports according to the specific needs of different departments and hierarchical levels;

  • Implement data validation and verification processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of analyses;

  • Maintain detailed documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and best practices, as previously instructed;

  • Use predictive, prescriptive, descriptive, and diagnostic analysis techniques;

  • Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as needed by the company.

 

 

Scope:

The role supports multiple functions, including Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Customer Experience, across both national and Latin American teams. Geographically, the position provides support to the sales and marketing teams within Brazil and throughout Latin America. It involves managing demands, deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholders, creating and updating dashboards in Power BI, and offering insights for decision-making. The role also includes compiling and analyzing internal and external data, developing data models using DAX and M, monitoring and optimizing marketing and sales campaigns, and automating data processes. Additionally, it involves training teams on BI tools and data interpretation, creating customized reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and participating in special projects and strategic initiatives across various departments and hierarchical levels.

 

ABOUT YOU:

●   Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Administration, Economics, Engineering or related areas.

●   Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Excel and Power Point.

●   Notions of VBA, SQL and Python (differential).

●   Portuguese language

●   English language (advanced), Spanish (desirable).

 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL OR FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

  • Data Analysis and Modeling:

o    Proficiency in data modeling using DAX and M.

o    Experience in creating and updating dashboards in Power BI.

o    Ability to compile, monitor, and cross-reference internal and external data.

  • BI Tools:

o    Solid knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

o    Capability to train and offer technical support to sales and marketing teams in using BI tools and interpreting data.

  • Reports and Analyses:

o    Competence in creating customized reports according to the needs of different departments and hierarchical levels.

o    Experience in providing analytical support and reports to national and Latin American teams.

  • Campaign Optimization:

o    Ability to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and sales campaigns.

o    Capability to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

  •  Process Automation:

o    Experience in developing automations to improve the efficiency of data collection and analysis processes.

  • Analysis Techniques:

o    Use of predictive, prescriptive, descriptive, and diagnostic analysis techniques.

  • Data Validation and Verification:

o    Implementation of data validation and verification processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of analyses.
