                                CONSUMER INSIGHTS & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE MANAGER (f/m/d)
                                                                       Marketing – Full-time – Vienna 

 

LOOK FORWARD TO THE FOLLOWING TASKS:
• Leading the knowledge & data hub incorporating CRM, market research, data quality, customer experience & satisfaction and planning
  to ensure efficiency & effectiveness across the organization.
• Collection and connection of all relevant external (e.g. trends, market consumer and competitor data etc.) and internal (e.g. channels,
  campaigns, strategic programs etc.) data sources, including monthly reporting
• Responsible for all analytical end to end projects from exploring data, generating hypothesis, building a structured analysis and evaluating
  methods and results.
• Provide analytical and valuable insights for decision-making support for projects and management with actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with various business functions and key stakeholders at HQ / other markets to identify opportunities, analyze and interpret
  trends and/or patterns.
• Management of market research and external partners 
• Team lead

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
• Completed business studies, ideally with a focus on marketing – or adequate professional education/experiences. 
• Several years of experience (at least 7 years) in the areas of CRM, consumer/marketing insights or brand strategy 
• Broad expertise in marketing intelligence and strategy (CRM, market research, analytics, brand strategy) 
• Several years of experience in team management and development 
• Experience in managing agencies and external service providers 
• Project Management skills
• Result-oriented, organized, structured and independent way of working 
• Fluency in German & English and in-depth knowledge of MS Office, BI and analytical tools

For this position we offer a monthly gross salary from € 5.000 (full-time basis) plus an attractive, performance-orientated bonus.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a corresponding overpayment is possible.
