Description:
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement and Data Analytics Manager for our Accounting Operations team. This role is a full-time hybrid position that requires working in our Urbandale, IA office for a total of 6 days per month (every Wednesday and every other Thursday). The rest of the month, you may work remotely.

We will count on you to:
- Translate learnings from business leaders / key stakeholder sessions into holistic transformation strategies or solutions.
- Take a key role in the streamlining and re-engineering process to enable better business outcomes.
- Deliver clear line of analysis, uncluttered and succinct in order to inform or influence transformative change.
- Work with business partners and stakeholders to develop business cases, requirements, and comprehensive project plans to identify, quantify, and deliver benefits in support of strategic business objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the transformation process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
- Communicate project updates and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Deliver on workstream commitments and report on financial outcomes.
- Creatively use available resources, tools, and technology to drive results.
- Ensure internal projects are kept on track, per timeline.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business transformation, analytics, and strategy.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
What you’ll need to have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline. MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting operations and business transformation.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience.

- Experience with implementation of dashboard reporting (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or other).
- Experience in change management and driving organizational change.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement strategies is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with multi-global locations is a plus.
- Experience with system rationalization and migrations is a plus.
- Experience with Alteryx is a plus.
