Qualification
Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science/ IT or Computer Applications
- 10+ years of experience in Forecasting, Planning, Data Analyst, or Data Science roles
- Proficiency with using large scale data analytics in service of solving complex business problems
- Proficiency with data science programming languages (e.g. Python, R), data visualization (e.g. Tableau), SQL, and Excel
- Proven experience in building highly scalable, compliant, and secure, enterprise-grade data and analytics platforms with robust data quality, data governance, data discovery, catalog and visualization capabilities.
- Ability to quickly build relationships and partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with standard end-to-end financial processes such as forecast, close, analysis, and reporting
- Success leading multiple activities, projects, priorities, and people in a dynamic, fast-growing, and results-driven environment Comfortable applying fundamental accounting principles
- Independent, self-motivated, and exhibits the highest standards of accuracy and organization skills Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required
- Ability to gain an understanding of the functionality of various systems
- Experience and knowledge in SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Outstanding attention-to-detail and organizational skills
- Experience with RAG, AIML modelling & Analysis techniques
- Ability to condense complex concepts and analysis into clear and concise takeaways that drive action
- Superb communication and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent in teamwork and relationship building. Not above doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
