We are looking for an exceptional Business Intelligence Analyst who can apply in-depth knowledge of the business, its data landscape, and the lineage of those data to proactively identify opportunities to explore and address business questions across multiple areas.

Responsibilities
· Clean, analyze, and visualize a variety of capacity delivery data to identify opportunities, insights, and anomalies.
· Develop automated dynamic Power BI reports and dashboards to support key business functions and initiatives.
· Own Extract, Transform and Load (ETL), data validations, and documentation to support your and others’ analyses
· Compile comprehensive and accurate client facing reports on a timely basis
· Guide business leaders with confidence in your analytics and reporting to ensure smooth execution.
· Summarize and clearly communicate data analysis assumptions and results.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to take a vague problem statement, refine the scope of the analysis, and use the results to drive informed decisions.
· Collaborate with Power Apps and Automate developer to deliver integrated solutions that enhance team productivity.
· Support day-to-day operations with ad-hoc analysis
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics/Business Intelligence or related roles
· Strong working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write complex queries and procedures to extract or transform data from various sources.
· Advanced skills in Excel, including the ability to perform data analysis using advanced functions, such as power pivot, data validation, and macros.
· Strong proficiency in Power BI, including the ability to create effective and efficient data models, design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, and utilize DAX and other advanced functions to support comprehensive analysis and data-driven decision-making.
· Strong problem-solving skills to help refine problem statements and solve them with the available data
· Experience with data cleansing and normalization.
· Possess strong awareness of changes to data privacy requirements and maintenance, responsible and ethical data handling practices, and ensuring classification and governance of rules and regulations are consistently applied in work activities and results.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and operate in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in driving execution with hyper-scale cloud engineering groups preferred.
· Python and R coding skills preferred
· Data Architecture experience preferred
The ideal candidate possesses the following:
· Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
· Experience setting up, building and maintaining production data pipelines
· Experience starting large analytic projects and collaborating with teams across global and functions
· Experience solving business problems and using mathematical techniques using available data
· Ability to embody Microsoft’s Culture and Values
