The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making across multiple departments within Highbar Physical Therapy. This role will work closely with the CFO and various department heads to provide actionable insights that drive operational improvements, optimize business processes, and support strategic goals. The Data Analyst will manage data reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the business. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Data Collection and Management: 
  • The Data Analyst will define and collect data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. They will clean and organize the data, addressing missing values and discrepancies to ensure relevance and reliability. 

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: 
  • The role involves analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. The Data Analyst will create and maintain regular reports on business metrics such as financial performance, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction, providing clear recommendations to guide strategies. 

  • Performance Metrics: 
  • The Data Analyst will track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives. They will collaborate with department heads to interpret performance data and offer insights to improve outcomes. This includes creating and managing dashboards and data visualizations to highlight trends. 

  • Collaboration with Teams: 
  • The Data Analyst will collaborate with internal teams—finance, marketing, operations, HR, and clinical departments—to gather data and provide insights that support business objectives. They will work closely with the CFO to track financial metrics, assist with budgeting, and support financial reporting. 

  • Process Improvement: 
  • The Data Analyst will identify opportunities for improving data collection, analysis processes, and reporting systems. They will work to optimize operational efficiency by ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and actionable, contributing to resource allocation strategies based on data-driven insights. 

  • Ad-hoc Analysis: 
  • In addition to regular reporting, the Data Analyst will provide support for special projects that require data analysis. They will help teams understand key trends and insights, ensuring that business decisions are backed by relevant data. The analyst will conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed to support various initiatives and business requirements. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or operational setting. 
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI. 
  • Experience with data management and cleaning, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. 
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, actionable manner to various stakeholders. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze trends and provide actionable insights. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams. 
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
