  • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with global business units, using a detailed understanding of the business to provide valuable insights.
  • Data Validation & Hypothesis Testing: Perform validation tests (Precision/Recall/Sensitivity/ROC curves/correlation tests) and hypothesis tests (z-test/t-test/ANOVA/chi-square).
  • Data Preparation: Conduct data exploration, cleaning, and pre-processing tasks to prepare structured and unstructured data for analysis.
  • Advanced Analytics: Apply advanced analytics concepts towards rich insights and key financial and strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Data analyst or Business analyst along with a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (science, economics, mathematics, statistics).

  • High proficiency in data visualisation and analysis, with experience in tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.
  • Experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, Asana or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
  • Experience in presenting analytical reports to senior partners. Ability to communicate findings to both technical / non-technical clients.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis methods (e.g., hypothesis testing, causal impact, regression analysis, time series analysis, or similar) is preferred.

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with programming languages (Python preferred), web/ETL technologies will be helpful
