Position Description:
In the role of Data Analyst, you will provide data and reporting to support and guide Business Center Managers in their operational, labor, and controllable spend analysis. Providing sound, in-depth data for analysis to the Business Center leadership to include trends and cost drivers is key. Additionally, your work will support capital project requests and reviews.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide Business Center accurate and timely data and analysis via reporting.
- Input accurate and timely data into systems/processes to enable reports and analysis.
- Develop business information tools including reports that provide actionable information regarding purchasing spend.
- Provide timely and accurate analysis of the indirect spend cost structure. Collect and coordinate monthly information and cost analysis for the monthly meetings.
Required Experience and Education:
- Bachelors’ degree in Data Analysis, Finance Analysis or related required.
- 1 or more years of Data Analysis or similar experience required.
Preferred Personal Skills/Attributes/and Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Excel work skills. Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI a plus.
- Manufacturing Experience, Inventory management a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate or present information.
- Knowledge of SAP & EssBase a plus but not required.
