We are looking for our first ever Graduate Data Analyst to join our thriving Revenue Operations Team. In this role you’ll be involved in creating and analysing data that has a direct impact on how we do business today and moving forward.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Building out and maintaining dashboards which bring our data to life in an easily accessible and digestible format 
  • Writing queries to provide stakeholders and customers across the company with ad-hoc analysis and insights 
  • Proactively identifying opportunities and executing analysis for optimising business performance
  • Data pipeline building, maintenance and optimisation to organise and structure data for analytical purpose
  • Ensuring that data is clean, well-structured, and ready for visualisation, exploration, and analysis
  • Implementing data monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address data issues
  • Creating and maintain documentation that enhances understanding and utilisation of data asset
  • Share knowledge with team members to promote a data-driven culture within the organisation

Requirements

This role will give you the opportunity to work across the business, allowing you to develop diverse business knowledge and excellent analytics skills that you won’t find in most other entry level roles. We are looking for a fast learner, who wants to make an impact from the very start of their career.

Experience:

This role is perfect for someone looking to commence their analytics career. Blink is a fast paced environment where you’ll have the opportunity to learn a lot very quickly. There is just a few things we are looking for to demonstrate your passion and potential:

  • Demonstrable SQL experience – can be from your degree, work experience, or self taught
  • Data visualisation – prior experience using BI tools like Power BI, tableau, or looker to visualise data
  • Degree in mathematics, business analytics or data science related subjects (or proven experience and passion for data analytics) 
  • Desirable: placement year or other internship in an analytics role

  • Highly numerate and analytical with excellent attention to detail 
  • Very curious, always looking to learn new things
  • Passionate about data analysis and business intelligence 
  • Aptitude and interest in problem solving and simplifying complex processes 
  • Proactive and driven, always exploring ways to work more efficiently and effectively 
  • With a strong ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely, to all levels of seniority
  • Can work autonomously with excellent discipline but also work collaboratively towards group goals/objectives
