In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping business strategies by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data within HR. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify data requirements and align on objectives.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data, including KPIs, status reports, and other critical metrics, using advanced data analytics tools.
- Act as a liaison between business departments to ensure seamless communication and data integration.
- Develop high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling.
- Monitor data accuracy, identify trends, and escalate concerns when errors or negative patterns are observed.
- Support strategic decision-making through insights-driven analysis and clear reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics, management information systems, or a related field.
- Strong experience in analysing metrics and creating actionable insights within an HR context.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve data inaccuracies and anomalies proactively.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (with Power Query), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with industry-specific technology systems for data collection and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to create interactive dashboards and management information system (MIS) reports that drive informed decisions.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and swift execution in delivering results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, multitask, and meet tight deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset.
- Business savvy with a comprehensive understanding of aligned services delivery.
- Familiarity with global HR trends, business lines, and country-specific workforce data is a plus.
