We are currently seeking a Data Analyst, Tableau to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Duties: Job Overview:
We are seeking a strong Business Analyst with experience in building Tableau dashboards to work with our engineering team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and creating dashboards that share the story of the value proposition created by the team of engineers you will work with. The dashboards will also help capture realization over time to complete the story of the value generated by the team. Your expertise in Tableau and SQL will be instrumental in creating visually appealing and interactive dashboards that effectively communicate data to stakeholders in an easy to understand way.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting.
2. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
3. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to build value proposition stories for the projects being executed by the engineering team and capture value realization over-time.
4. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
5. Dashboards to capture dollar realization over time as a result of the executed projects.
                        
Minimum Skills Required: Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
3. Strong proficiency in Tableau, including creating interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
4. Strong in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
5. Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. master’s degree in business administration, Statistics, or a related field.
2. Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses.
4. Knowledge of data modeling and data governance principles.
5. Experience in project management and Agile methodologies.
