Data Analytics- Associate
Job Description
The role focuses on root cause analysis, process improvements, and generating actionable insights for core equity operations, requiring strong relationship-building, analytical skills, and effective communication.
As an analyst in the analytics team, you would build strong relationships across Equity, F&O, and OTC groups to prioritize deliverables, leveraging people skills, effective communication, and strategic interactions. Manage metrics to address issues, with knowledge of Cash Equities, Pre-matching, F&O, OTC infrastructure, and system hierarchies
Job Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships across Equity, F&O, and OTC groups to influence prioritization of deliverables
- Achieve outcomes by leveraging people skills, effective communication, influence, and strategic interactions
- Tenacious attitude, effectively escalating when bottlenecks develop.
- Manage multiple metrics to identify and focus on issues and bottlenecks.
- Knowledge of Cash Equities, Pre-matching, F&O, and OTC infrastructure.
- Understanding of system hierarchies and inter-relationships is highly advantageous
Required qualifications skills and capabilities:
- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in Operations within Investment Banking/Financial services.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrates ownership, responsibility, and exceptional client focus and customer care practices.
- Effective people management skills, team motivation, and flexible attitude towards working hours.
- Proven time management skills, results-driven, motivated, and a reliable team player with the ability to influence and build consensus.
