Job Description

We are currently looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist to help clients on data-related projects. As a Digital Analytics Specialist you will lead closely with stakeholders and various client-side departments to oversee the design, development, and validation of Analytics data for various platforms such as Google Analytics free, 360 and 4. As a consultative partner, you also will advise clients on industry trends and ways to harness different technology solutions to drive long-term value.

This role focuses on the design and technical implementation of customized analytics solutions. As well as creating and running analytics platform training. The successful candidate for this opportunity will demonstrate a balance of technical, analytics, business and client management skills that go beyond platform knowledge.

The Role

Client Facing

  • Plan and design data analytics projects
  • Hands on implementation of clients’ analytics accounts including data properties, user access management, platform features, reporting and dashboarding
  • Provide clients best industry practices regarding the digital analytics space (data collection, computation, reporting, analysis and activation)
  • Collaborate with clients and internal/external stakeholders to identify analytics solution to match the customer’s business needs, help them achieve their goals and uncover opportunities to drive long-term value

Business Facing

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for analytics project management by applying set company-wide best practices and processes
  • Drive towards higher effective rate between client value and costs; build efficiencies into repeatable processes and scale globally
  • Educate Accounts, Sales, and Engineering teams on various analytics platforms to support projects fulfillment 
  • Train employees when needed and offer platform expertise
  • Define roadmap and opportunities for long-term customer analytics needs

What you bring to it:

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to deliver actionable insights
  • Ability to explain digital and data concepts proposals to non-technical audiences and communicate business value of suggested recommendations & plans
  • Passionate about working in an extremely fast-paced, demanding, and fluid start-up environment
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Google Analytics 360, Google Analytics 4 
  • Able to read/write basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and ability to query large databases with SQL
  • Plus: Architecture & Implementation experience with Google Analytics 360/4 and AB test tools such as Google Optimize, Adobe Target, AB tasty, Optimizely
  • Plus: Experience with Google Big Query, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Tableau and Salesforce
