Requirements Elicitation, Understanding, Analysis, & Management
• Understand the project’s Vision and requirements, and contribute to the creation of the supplemental requirements, building the low-level technical specifications for a particular platform and/or service solution.

Project Planning, Tracking, & Reporting
• Estimate the tasks and resources required to design, create (build), and test the code for assigned module(s).
• Provide inputs in creating the detailed schedule for the project.
• Support the team in project planning activities, in evaluating risks, and shuffle priorities based on unresolved issues.
• During development and testing, ensure that assigned parts of the project/modules are on track with respect to schedules and quality.
• Note scope changes within the assigned modules and work with the team to shuffle priorities accordingly.
• Communicate regularly with the team about development changes, scheduling, and status.
• Participate in project review meetings.
• Tracking and reporting progress for assigned modules

Qualifications:

  • Resource should have strong knowledge in Cloud and Guardian approved Informatica ETL (Hands-on). 10-12 years of experience
  • Responsible for the adoption of an architecture and standards methodology.
  • Manages activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.
  • Reviews business context for solutions to company challenges as well as defining the vision and requirements for the solution, recommending potential options
  • Communicates the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures.
  • Champions a structured approach to business application solutions.
  • Directly assists in the development of a solutions architecture program including departmental roadmaps and project portfolios for IT systems architecture.
  • Assures solutions not only are a fit for the specific purpose but also closely align with the standards guidelines of technology solutions.
  • Develops and executes solutions which further reduce the percentage of time spent on reactive work.
  • Good Understanding of Data Warehousing and Data Modelling and be able to interpret logical, physical data models, conceptual models, and ER Diagrams.
  • Knowledge of SAFe Agile Methodology
  • Create and maintain Technical documentation for work deliverables including but not limited to Functional specification, Unit Test Plans, Deployment and Migration Documents, Mapping Document, Data Flow Document, Runbooks and Release notes
  • Experience with ETL and query performance optimization, technical analysis, and solution design
  • Coordinate and interact with the On-site / Off-shore team to clarify on requirements / issues if any
  • Perform all applicable SDLC activities for the work items assigned including requirement analysis, impact analysis and effort estimations.
  • Perform initial analysis of tasks, perform effort estimations based on Guardian standards, assign and monitor work queues.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work on his/her individual capacity
  • Ability to identify automation opportunities and implement automation
