We are looking for entry-level engineers who can handle dynamic work environments and who know how to think outside of the box.

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines/reports. Data visualization and utilization will be in scope of this role as well.

The Job Scope includes: 

  • Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into different solutions.
  • Implement data models and schemas to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Monitor and maintain data pipeline performance, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and enforce data governance and security standards.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve data infrastructure and processes.
  • Manage multiple “small” projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams
  • After creation of solution, proper documentation and solution handover to end users

Job Qualifications

  • Min. BSC degree in IT or Engineering with knowledge and interest about production line OT systems
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in data engineering, with expertise in SQL and database management.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Leadership skills: Lead projects, programs in multifunctional teams

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of general Microsoft O365 solutions: PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, Excel.
  • Experience with other data visualization tools. (e.g. Tableu)
  • Experience with KnIME
  • SQL/Python coding.
  • Experience with wide variety of Databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Azure Databricks, etc.)
  • ITOT Network structure experience
