Job Description

Our HR team oversees and contributes at both hands-on and strategic levels to support leaders and our employees. While HR, at its core, focuses on the mindful management of the company’s relationship with our employees, culture management focuses on the heartfelt aspects of the employees’ relationships with the company. Our HR team consists of professionals in Business Partners and CoEs (sub functions within HR that use best practices to develop and support critical capabilities that align with the organizational priorities) e.g., Talent acquisition, HR operations, C&B, talent analytics, etc.
We are looking for an engineer who is a natural problem solver and super passionate about building a solid data infrastructure that can elevate our business decisions making and bring our People Strategy as well as Data&Analytics to the next 10X level.
You will solve an end-to-end process, bringing people data both high volume recruitments and internal employee data from multiple source systems and/or files into our SQL DataWarehouse; Which is the backbone of all our Tableau Dashboards / Analytics. You will work closely with our TA Lead (based in HK) to deliver state-of-the-art Operation Metrics and track this regularly for each Department Heads visibility. Additionally, you will also work closely with the team to deliver People Analytics roadmap, continuously adding Dataflows and Dashboards into the Analytics solutions within the global HR Team.

Skills and Other Requirements:

  • Extremely good in writing SQL statements to improve our DataWarehouse
  • Able to code, Python is a must, and familiarity with Google Colab and AppScript is a plus
  • Familiarity with running automation in Linux server: scripting, crons, etc.
  • Experience in Dashboards/Analytics tool is a plus (Tableau is preferred)
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers (knowledge of Google Sheet and Excel is a plus) 
  • Discipline on maintaining data cleanliness, integrity, and its confidentiality
  • Naturally a problem-solver and able to deal with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  • Fluency in Cantonese is a plus
