As a Team Lead in the Data domain, you will organize teamwork to cover reporting and data analysis needs, technical configurations, and data flows, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to ensure efficient and qualitative data and reporting coverage for internal and external stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as a primary point responsible for the overall performance and capacity of the team.
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Work closely with the game, feature development teams, and production operation teams to ensure product launch in expected timelines and based on agreed architecture.
  • Set clear team goals in accordance with business priorities.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Serve as a primary point responsible for incident and problem resolution in the team.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Actively follow and advocate best practices in the area.
  • Report on the status of tasks and projects.
  • Organize analyze and evaluation of Business Intelligence tools.
  • Control applied licensing and pricing of Business Intelligence tools.

 

To succeed in this role, you should have: 

  • Degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, economics, or another quantitative field.
  • Experience in the role of data analyst or data scientist, business intelligence solutions developer, data warehouse developer, or similar.
  • Experience and knowledge of IT governance and operations.
  • Experience in people manager positions, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Motivation and ability to quickly acquire knowledge about the company’s products, underlying business processes, data flows, and data structures.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Pro-active problem solver attitude with flexibility to work in an open, fast-moving entrepreneurial company.
  • Ability to communicate with both business and technical-minded individuals.
  • Experience in communication with vendors, control of licensing, and pricing.
