Job Description

Data Management Associates are responsible for supporting the Data Management workstream within the AGS Implementation process for MSP or Procurement Solutions projects. The Data Management Associate is responsible for collecting and tracking incumbent worker data from a variety of sources, analyzing data gaps, validating data and transforming data for upload. The Data Management Associate will be responsible for discovering and resolving gaps in data to prepare the information for loading into a VMS. The Data Management Associate will attend all internal and external project calls, and report workstream status. The Data Management Associate will build the necessary relationships between outside vendors, clients and internal project teams to complete project tasks on deadline and with quality. Data Management Associates will partner with Data Management Analysts to quality check/audit data loads as part of their training. Data Management Associates are also expected to work on various projects including audits, rate card / worker modifications and other general team projects. Data Management Associates are expected to support multiple projects simultaneously. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within a team to collect, organize and validate data using a proprietary AGS data collection tool
  • Follow up on outstanding data from outside vendors
  • Analyze data for gaps and/or errors in large data sets, work to resolve data issues
  • Prepare load templates for upload into Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
  • Attend and be an active participant in all assigned project meetings, communicate status of projects on weekly client-facing status calls
  • Prepare summaries of data collection status for team updates
  • Follow established project schedule and adhere to deadlines, escalate as necessary if deadlines will be missed
  • Perform peer quality audits on worker and rate uploads
  • Provide support on other various Data Management project initiatives
  • Data Management associates will be assigned to multiple projects simultaneously, and must have the ability to multi-task and organize large data sets from multiple sources
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, spanning multiple time zones
  • Ensure standards are applied to programs and exceptions are documented
  • Responsible for data quality and implementing processes which drive efficiency and support data governance

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of professional experience doing data analysis
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (proficiency with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, charts and graphs).
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Experience with data entry, analyzing information, decision making, organizational skills
  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Must have ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and learning on the fly
  • Must be amenable with midshift/nightshift schedule and hybrid work setup (office is based in Ortigas Pasig)
