Data Management Senior Analyst

Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Management Senior Analyst position for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
Locations: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico.
This role involves reporting and analyzing the frequency and efficiency of the client’s state filings. The candidate will use Signavio for reporting. Additionally, they will support and maintain an Excel-based accuracy checking tool to reduce errors in our state filing submissions, thereby improving our speed to market.
Responsibilities
Applies knowledge of data mining practices, tools, and technologies to find patterns in the data and convert raw data into useful information for the business.
Uses various visual aids and techniques to condense and communicate observations about the data, enabling effective decision-making.
Sets the framework for data and its flow through data storage systems and subsequent downstream applications.
Manages the availability, consistency, usability, integrity, and security of the data used in an enterprise.
Utilizes specialized skills and knowledge of statistical and analytical metrics to comprehend data and assess its relevance to business problems. Identifies missing values, outliers, anomalies, or skewed distributions to present recommendations to decision makers.
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum Required: 1-3 years
- Preferred: 4-6 years
Education:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience in This Field:
- Minimum Required: 1-3 years
- Preferred: 4-6 years
Insurance knowledge preferred
Experience in utilizing essential tools for Data Analytics such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SQL
Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office, Webex, and OneDrive/SharePoint
Data Mining and Engineering
Data Visualization and Reporting
Advanced skills in Excel, including Visual Basics
Intermediate knowledge of SAP Signavio, including building workflows and reporting
Intermediate attention to detail
Intermediate ability to work independently
Intermediate communication with manager
Intermediate communication with team
Intermediate ability to work under pressure
Intermediate desire to learn
Advanced ability to analyze data
Advanced English fluency
Project management experience required
Phyton knowledge preferred
