Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Data Management Specialist
Fixed term contract (9 months)
Poznań, Poland
As a Data Management Specialist, you will be a part of the Sales & Marketing Operations Center team responsible for accurate order processing and analysis. The objective is to get quality orders into our systems for highly efficient order processing.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyzing, completing, and creating new master data and change requests to support day-to-day business operations.
- Maintenance and administration of sales conditions and invoicing process in SAP.
- Delivering data to the customers according to the agreed timeline.
- Monitoring system and ensuring data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data.
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
Our requirements:
- Experience in customer service with knowledge of order processing, ideally with working knowledge of SAP SD.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel preferred.
- University graduate.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
- Paying attention to details and accuracy, analytical skills.
- Adapting easily and focusing on customers.
- Being a team player – creating trust, with high communication skills.
