Position Overview
As the Data Manager at TechnologyAdvice, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Philippines data team through an exciting transformation from manual reporting to automated processes, data analysis, and insights generation. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the team’s activities, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment as we develop and enhance our reporting and insights capabilities. As a thorough, creative, and resourceful leader, you’ll relentlessly search for ways to surface meaningful insights, remove obstacles, and develop your direct reports. With significant experience in the world of business technology and data management, you’ll bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role, driving innovation and efficiency within the data team.

What you’ll do
- Lead and manage the Philippines data team, overseeing their activities, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Drive our transition from manual reporting to automated processes, leveraging tools and technologies to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand requirements, prioritize requests, and deliver actionable insights.
- Establish and refine metrics and KPIs to measure performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, with a focus on repeatability and scalability.
- Work closely with the team to analyze data, generate insights, and create compelling visualizations to aid decision-making.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders, addressing data-related queries and issues with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in a technical capacity, preferably in data management or analytics, with a track record of leading teams and delivering results.
- Comfortable working with tools and technologies such as SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and ETL tools (e.g., FiveTran, DBT).
- Strong analytical skills and are adept at interpreting data, identifying trends, and extracting insights to drive decision-making.
- Detail-oriented and a committed to data accuracy and quality, ensuring that processes are executed flawlessly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments, capable of identifying and addressing business challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.
- Experience developing and implementing processes, setting standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Team player who values collaboration and is able to build strong relationships with stakeholders across different functions and geographies.

Employer work visa sponsorship and support are not provided for this role. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the Philippines at hire and must maintain authorization to work in the Philippines throughout their employment with our company.
Salary Range
TechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.
Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
Monthly Pay Range₱75,000—₱93,000 PHP
