Full Time Data Operations Analyst

The Data Operations Analyst at Genesys is tasked with creating and maintaining the data for our products. Whether it’s in-house data annotation, ensuring the integrity of our data or assessing transcription quality, you will need to scope the effort, organize it, manage it, and do all of it in close collaboration with our research team.  

Members of this team work closely with our research team to create and curate the data that feeds our products.  

Responsibilities  

  • Annotating text data  
  • Work with the different teams to accomplish data collection, production, and maintenance tasks  
  • Inform data flaws and needs to help monitor and maintain quality  
  • Research and explore various data sources upon request  
  • Work with a team of research engineers to support their data requirements  

Requirements  

  • Language skills: English speaker or knowledge of English at a very high fluency level. Additional languages are a significant plus.  

  • Strong attention to detail and robust analytical skills  

  • Comfortable and confident in a computerized environment  

  

Desirable:

  • Familiar with version control is a plus  

  • 2+ years of industry experience in a data-rich environment is a plus  

  • Previous Customer service /Contact center work experience
