Position Name – Data Research Analyst

Role Summary

As the Data Research Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Tracelink’s Market Intelligence Team. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and passionate individual with expertise in Data Gathering, Research and Analysis. In this role, you will maintain high-quality market data, contributing significantly to the success of TraceLink’s sales initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing Operations, Market Development Representatives, and Sales Operations Teams to ensure the creation and periodic refreshment of our Account or Contact database.

Job Description

  • Construct and maintain a customized database for prospect contacts, aligning with the company’s marketing campaigns and product offerings. This includes gathering, organizing, and updating contact information to support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Create and manage tasks within Salesforce to ensure efficient tracking and management of workflows.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential accounts for various company products, identifying key stakeholders, understanding market needs, and aligning our offerings with client requirements.
  • Perform Data Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) activities to produce structured data and derive key insights. Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to management, highlighting findings and actionable insights.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and research processes.
  • Regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Operations, Market Development Representatives, and Sales Operations.
  • Effectively utilize a variety of databases, including D&B Hoovers, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, Salesforce Lightning, and Lusha, for research and data gathering.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 of experience in Data Research and Analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Basic knowledge in Salesforce Lightning and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
