Your part to play;

• You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering and Market teams to automate critical workflows and transform credit decision processes to help farmers get better access to capital and grow their businesses. 

• Identify new areas where data science can contribute to the product and focus on the impact on business results.
• Confidently apply various data science tools including algorithms, machine learning, AI and generative AI to solve business priorities.
• Develop and maintain benchmarking frameworks to assess market performance and analyse trends, providing crucial insights for Figured Agri.
• Utilise time series analysis to enhance budget forecasting models, enabling more accurate financial planning and resource allocation.
• Embed generative AI into core products to enhance customer experiences and create new opportunities through strategic data-driven insights. For example, create AI tools to generate insightful and context-aware commentary on financial reports.

What are we looking for;

• Possess a degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in building predictive models, utilising NLP, ML techniques, and algorithm development.
• Strong ability in using data visualisation tools and techniques to tell compelling stories from complex datasets.
• Proficient in Python or R; experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and analytics platforms.
• Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Snowflake or similar
