We’re building a scalable, high performing platform for our 16 million customers. And we’re looking for Data Specialist Intern to join us in our Workforce Management team to contribute to our mission for 10 weeks in the summer (25th June – 30th August 2024).

Job Description

How you will contribute to the Workforce Management team: 

  • Create and optimise short, mid and long term capacity planning, so that our customers get support within defined service-level agreements

  • Conduct ad hoc scenario simulations and sensitivity analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation

  • You will have flexibility in how and where you work. We understand everyone needs a little something different – so we’ll do our best to make it happen, but we recommend coming to the office as much as possible during your internship!

Qualifications

What does it take? These things are a must:

  • You are graduating in 2024 from a Bachelors or Masters degree. This might be in Mathematics or any similar subject

  • You are able to start a 10 weeks internship job from 25th June – 30th August 2024

  • Strong in SQL, including window functions and CTEs, with the ability to integrate and manipulate API-driven data

  • You’re a self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously

  • Eligible to work in Estonia

And these would be great, but aren’t essential:

  • You are familiar with the concepts of forecasting and have a basic understanding of ARIMA and Holt-Winters
  • You are familiar with Python and/or R
