    About the role:

    He/she will play a pivotal role in unlocking the potential of the company’s database, gaining a deep understanding of its attributes. The role involves working on data extraction and consultancy projects, as well as effectively communicating and presenting insights to clients. From strategy inception, including business objectives and initial hypotheses, to activation and the measurement framework, encompassing the definition of KPIs, monitoring, and reporting, the Digital Data Scientist will be integral at every stage.

     

    How you’d spend your day:

    • Extract and analyze data from platforms, developing valuable insights from a business perspective applicable to:
    • Audience targeting.
    • Identifying who are the best individuals to target from a communication standpoint and how to better direct communication campaigns.
    • Discovering new valuable audiences from a business perspective through analysis of standard reports available on different platforms or by applying modeling techniques.
    • Generating reports based on these insights.
    • Building and explaining dashboards.
    • Communicating ideas to the account team and the client in a way that they understand and adopt them.

    Qualifications

    What we’re looking for:

    • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Fluent in English, both oral and written (at least B2 level).
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
    • Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau, Data Studio, PowerBI, or Datorama.
    • Must be versatile and capable of adapting to a constantly changing market and environment.
    • Mastery of online advertising, metrics, terminology, industry best practices, and trends.

    We think you’re awesome if you:

    • Are proficient in English (B2 or more) this will be assesd by Talent Team
    • Bring experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Data Studio, PowerBI or Datorama.
