Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and creative Director Software Communities who will support Arm’s software investments. The ideal candidate will bring strong meticulous execution and interpersonal skills to help drive the impact of Arm in the software ecosystem!
Responsibilities:
In your new job, you will be responsible for coordinating activities and relationships with software partners and communities and supporting numerous aspects of events (including industry trade shows, special events and conferences) and multifaceted projects.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Software Communities, the successful candidate will have working relationships with, but not limited to: Software Engineering groups, Developer Marketing, Global Events Team, Enterprise Marketing, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Lines of Business Groups, IT, as well as external service providers. Therefore, some knowledge in project management is highly beneficial.
Working with globally dispersed teams, you’ll be engaging engineering leads and business development to drive Arm’s Software presence at a variety of events from large commercial to grass root community!
Required Skills and Experience :
- A solid grounding in AI/ML frameworks, applications and tooling
- Proven experience of working with a large scale distributed software ecosystem
- Experience of industry bodies, TSC/TAC/WG/Board/etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of DevRel & Community management
- Demonstrate knowledge of various aspects of software development, including Open Source

Salary Range:
From: $283,305
To: $383,295
