A day in the life of…
A key enabler of the eBusiness Strategy is the activation of the Content Factory aiming at supporting Markets/Businesses along the Product Content lifecycle (E.g creation, Adaptation, distribution, and monitoring of Content Assets across all touchpoints). The Content Factory will bring scalability, automation, cost efficiency, and speed to markets.
A key enabler of the eBusiness Strategy is the activation of the Content Factory aiming at supporting Markets/Businesses along the Product Content lifecycle (E.g creation, Adaptation, distribution, and monitoring of Content Assets across all touchpoints). The Content Factory will bring scalability, automation, cost efficiency, and speed to markets.
The main purpose of the job is to be the interface between the Markets/Businesses and the Content Factory vendors, to ensure proper execution and delivery of the Services, work with Business/Markets teams to plan demand, manage escalation, coordinate projects and also work with Vendors to deliver World Class Service. Also, the purpose will be to work with Content Leads, vendors and markets/businesses to perform continuous improvement and ensure they are implemented to bring value to Business. This person will be responsible for the flawless execution of Content Factory Services on Content Adaptation and Localization, Content POS, Publication and Monitoring Services. Part of the role, the Content Coordinator will be responsible in performing Quality Assessment of production work, before being released to the Business.
- Act as a Coordinator for the Content Factory, with the different vendors according to the Service request, to ensure proper execution of the Service, with service orientation to the Market/Business. Act as a point of escalation/resolution if any discrepancy and manage prioritization. Support on the Capacity planning
- Act as a Project Manager Specialist for the Content Factory, to ensure proper execution of the Service, with service orientation to the Market/Business. Run day-to-day Content Factory tasks:
- Review and Validate feasibility based on input shared by Business, and when required seek for production information
– Ensure timeliness execution of the Operations, and in any problem, act accordingly
– Perform quality control checks against brief and related Guidelines to produce error-free work,
– Collaborating with the Content Factory production team and Content Factory Coordinator
- Manage the overall coordination of Projects from the planning to the implementation (E.g Computer Generated Imagery related projects)
- Maintain Operational Documentation to ensure proper execution of Services (Processes, Service Catalog, Briefs, etc.)
- Knowledgeable about digital content production, eCommerce and eRetailers. Knowledgeable about digital marketing related services. Experience of working with agencies and third-party vendors in content space. Liaise with Content Factory eco-system to integrate Guidelines and align Service Lines with vendors. Liaise with Content Factory Lead for Continuous improvement.
- Run Weekly Operational review with Vendors to track Service delivery. Get improvement actions listed and followed up until adherence to the committed Service level.
- Run periodic Meeting with Business/Market to collect demand as well as ensure that market adhere to Content Factory pre-requisites. Identify Market/Business knowledge gap and propose action to market to fill those gaps.
- Together with F&C team prepare and monitor the operational Charge back for Market
- Promote and support NCE awareness. Leverage and capture NCE potential through the usage of management routines such as the DOR / WOR / MOR / QOR and NCE practices such as GSTD (Go See Think Do).
Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards including effective management of standard routines, Market Deployment Toolkit and Control Best Practices
What will make you successful
- At least 2 years in Content Production Management
- Working with high-volume, multi-platform, complex tasks
- Working in a corporate and multi-cultural setting
- Good Knowledge of eCommerce and eRetailers environment
- Project management skills
- Strong relationship management skills dealing with Customer and -managing vendors
- Workflow Management (Knowledge on ESKO solution is a plus)
- Experience in using Project Management Tools (Microsoft Project, Jira), Tracking Tools (Cost, Time, Budget)
- English (Advanced level)
- Advanced planning ability and relation to quality deliverables
- Basic understanding of design terminology and technical requirements, compatibility
- Good understanding of the Production Process
- Technical expertise in Print, Adobe – AI, Indesign, Illustrator
- Experienced working with Usage Right Document
