eLabeling Data Analyst – Hydride or Remote

Reports to the Labeling Manager of the Labeling Program and Project Management Team within the T&E Division. The eLabeling Data Specialist is accountable for collecting, maintaining and verifying eLabeling data and documents, and for their release and publication on dedicated internal and customer-facing platforms. Supports eLabeling data governance; monitors and supports the improvement of eLabeling data quality.
Essential duties & responsibilities:
Scope includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to collect, transform and verify correctness of eLabeling data.
- Publish eLabeling data and related documents on dedicated internal and customer facing platforms.
- Generate, resolve and track queries to address problematic data identified during data review activities and apply proper modification/correction to the affected systems.
- Ensure eLabeling data integrity, monitor and improve eLabeling data quality and consistency.
- Manage changes to eLabeling data as needed according to related QMS processes.
- Support the identification and lever of opportunities to continually improve the eLabeling data quality.
- Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of eLabeling data tools.
- Ensure QMS compliance with the appropriate internal and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in master data management or similar role.
- Advance knowledge in MS Excel (ability to develop complex formulas to transform and verify data).
- VBA programming knowledge desired
- Fluent English (writing & speaking)
- Meticulous attention to details and focused on prioritizing excellent data quality.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to draw insights from data quickly and to define executable actions.
- Excellent and effective communication skills. Ability to translate complex eLabeling data concepts to stakeholders.
