Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic data entry and support data cleaning efforts to ensure accuracy across different departments.
  • Scrub and validate large datasets, focusing on key metrics set by different functional teams.
  • Assist in manually performing calculations and data pulls as required by the team.
  • Support marketing, business operations, and data teams with general administrative and operational tasks.
  • Help maintain and organize internal records, ensuring they are updated and easily accessible.
  • Participate in projects that aim to streamline operations and improve data accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and assist with resolving issues as they arise.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by the direct supervisor.

Requirement:

  • Recent graduate or entry-level candidate with a keen interest in data analysis, business operations, or marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to focus on accuracy while working with large amounts of data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of basic functions, formulas, and data entry).
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges with a proactive attitude.
  • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
